Count on us to deliver good results. Because we have experience in active mind yoga and visualization of seven centers in the brain or seven centers in the body as shown in the diagram. The seven centers are C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, C7. Inhaling from C1 to C7 takes 7 seconds. Exhaling from C7 to C1 takes 7 seconds. A modified normal breath takes 6 seconds. A full breath takes 14 seconds. A resonant breath takes a minimum of 21 seconds. The resonance takes 7 seconds. The longer the resonance the longer the extra time, the more awesome the experience. The maximum resonance could be as much as 7x7=49 seconds.

Forward bending pose. Inhaling from C1 to C7 in seven seconds. Exhaling from C7 to C1 in seven seconds. Visualisation of seven centers in the brain takes or seven centers in the body takes 21 seconds. The target is to exercise every muscle, to energize the brain and to synchronize the ten systems in the body. This is an attempt to follow up nature in keeping up with nature wonderful operation. It is at the same time keep the body young and healthy, the subconscious mind creative.

The spinal twist is a delicate pose. It behaves like our thinking and creativity. It is something that is worth doing with active mind and slow breathing.  Throughout our journey we’ve honed our skills with our the pose and active mind yoga. We put our services to the test in the real world, so our clients can benefit along the way.

Our Project

We practice yoga, sitting in the lotus pose, facing east or north. A scientific simulation we perform on the movement of quantum in a neuron along the spine. We find their movement is influenced by the earth's magnetic field. When facing east, the quantum will move in circles along the spinal cord. When facing north, the quantum will move helically like a curled up snake from the backbone to a corresponding selected center horizontally. The lotus pose facing north or east is not the pose that has a curled up snake or helical structure! Kundalini does not occur in the lotus pose according to simulation.

Our Motivation

Our work is the driving force we do every day to get good results for our clients.  It keeps pushing us to achieve bigger and better things with each new challenge like the movement of quantum in the spine neurons of the child pose pointing north. The quantum moves helically like curled up snakes along the spinal cord. It is the affirmation of Kundalini, latent potential energy. It is spirituality and creativity. The quantum breath, up and down, lets us enjoy Kundalini naturally in any lying pose pointing north. We don't have to stop breathing for a long time like any yogi trying to activate Kundalini.

Kundalini is generated by quantum in a spinal neuron under the influence of the earth's magnetic field. In a child pose pointing north, or any lying pose pointing north, a quantum will move as a three and a half turns curled up as a snake along the spinal cord
