A 30 minutes Intro Session provides an opportunity for you to know the coach, to experience active mind yoga, to know the special coaching, to experience the results you want. Seven body centers C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, C7 or seven centers in the brain are selected to visualize while meditating.
